Good day, I have a few ads running and they show they are delivering, but the spend stay at 0. There are no impressions and no further data, what could be the issue. The ads are showing they are delivering and none of the products are restricted or incomplete. Thanks in advance.

Could be keywords that people rarely use, or you are bidding too low. What's is the suggested bid vs. your max?

You are so lucky! When I did my final ad, looked at it a few minutes later and before I even activated it, there was already money spent! I contact them and they say that is normal, they always just anticipate the amount you will spend and charge you in advance. Ad immediately ended.

Make sure you have the buy box. I ran into this issue before. It won't show without the buy box.
