ERROR MESSAGE 8572

I can see lots of forum regarding error 8572. I also have my GTIN/UPC bought from Gs1 and still giving me same message. I tried to contact the Seller support people but they keep of sending me email stating to provide more information and picture of Gs1 and the error message, even I have sent them 4 times all the information they required from me. Can somebody tell me what works for them or how did they fix the issue? Really appreciate it.
