Why wont Amazon reactivate my account after I have submited, and they accepted, my deposit method bank statement
After completely changing bank accounts and Amazon accepting my bank info and waiting 4 days they still have not reactivated my account. A phone person said they are having AI problems and are in melt down. Is anybody else having this issue

Thank you for your post. Based off information you have provided, it seems as though you are going through some kind of verification. Is this for Inform Act or something else? My reason for asking is because the next course of action will vary depending on the scenario you are facing.
Have you received any kind of documentation (such as a performance notification or a reply within one of your case logs) stating the banking information has been accepted? If so please feel free to share this information here in the thread (with personal information removed) so we may have a better understanding of what is going on.
Was this a member of our Account Health department? If so, can you share more detail about what transpired during that conversation, specifically regarding any action they took while on the call? There very well may be some kind of technical glitch that is being resolved.
