Seller Account Locked by Amazon

I need your advice .

When I trying to login my account seller . I am not able to access. Below you see .

""Help us protect your account we have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance."

When I call them on this contact No. "1-888-280-4331" or "1-800-388-5512" and also fill out form many times but don't work it . On call They said we don't give service for seller support. Theses issues are handle by account Specialist.

-Questions to ask :-

1) Why I am facing this error ?

3) How can I identify the actual issue is ?

4) How can I open a case with amazon support team to get Case ID No.?

5) Please Provide me Seller account specialist contact No. ?
