Thank you for your post and the performance notification you have attached. Typically these kinds of notifications are sent when the Account Health Rating score (AHR) falls below 200. This will place your account in the "At Risk" category.
You have stated there are no current violations. If this is the case, there may have been violations that were recently resolved. In some cases a proactive outreach may also be attempted.
Ultimately, if you are not seeing any violations, it would seem there is no action you currently need to take. My best recommendation in this scenario would be to continue to monitor Account Health Dashboard in regarding any violations that may populate or a change in your AHR score. If any violations do populate, please feel free to reach out here in the thread for further assistance
