problem when i ship with ontrac o laserchip

Hello, I have a problem, when I send with another or lasership, Amazon takes it as a shipment with an invalid tracking rate, the shipments are loaded correctly and can be tracked from the carrier's website. Amazon tells me to use an integrated carrier, perp lasership and ontrac if they are integrated, however they take it as invalid.

Hi @Seller_HbOUGBiqXmIvx,

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! I am guessing you are referring to Valid Tracking Rate, or VTR.

You can maintain a healthy tracking rate by following the below steps:

  • Purchase shipping labels through Amazon’s Buy Shipping services.
  • Choose carriers from the list below that are integrated with Amazon, listed below. These carriers provide real-time tracking status to Amazon.
  • Verify that the carrier name, shipping service, and tracking ID are entered correctly and belong to the same carrier.
  • Confirm, and update if necessary, the tracking information before the carrier delivers the package. If the tracking information is confirmed or updated after the package is delivered, that means the customer was not able to track the order. This is not useful to the customer and it will impact your VTR metric.
  • Tracking IDs need to have at least one carrier scan to be valid.

Are the following bullet points all being followed currently?

Carriers Integrated with Amazon:

  • AAA Cooper
  • FASTWAY
  • Pilot freight
  • UPS Freight
  • ABF Freight
  • FedEx
  • Professional Couriers
  • USPS
  • Asendia
  • FedEx Freight
  • Raben Group
  • Watkins & Shepard US
  • DHL
  • First Flight
  • RL Carriers
  • XPO HB
  • Estes
  • FIRST MILE
  • South Eastern Freight
  • ePost Global
  • ESTES EXPRESS
  • OnTrac
  • UPS
  • Sendle

Best,

Dominic

Having this same issue. It's an absolute joke that Amazon is not accepting this as valid tracking. Lasership is part of OnTrac now so it should clearly be accepted as valid. As always, Amazon takes no responsibility and just screws over their sellers when we have clearly provided valid tracking.
