I have this Bitcoin Crypto Puzzle for sale and it is being flagged as a childrens toy. They keep taking it down saying it needs compliance docs but this is not a puzzle intended for kids, its for adult investors? How can I appeal it? They keep sending auto replies and rejections

You need to make sure the minimum age is set to 14+ in the listing and that it's not in the toys category

As mentioned by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, you will need to review your product and listing details to ensure all attributes including images, bullet points, description and title all accurately reflect the product. Once completed, you will need to provide supporting evidence to show proof of compliance.

Most commonly requested documents are pictures from all sides of your product and packaging, and user manual if applicable. Does you product packaging show an age rating?

Additionally, if your product is intended for children 12 and under than we will require these testing documents to be eligible for sale. I would recommend reviewing our children's product certificate help page for more guidance on this as well.

If you do require testing and your supplier or manufacturer does not have them or cannot provide them, you can use our service provider network to find approved labs for this testing, be sure to use option 5 for compliance testing.
