How do I add attachments to our appeal of an A to Z claim?
We have had issues in the past where we sincerely believe that being able to provide an attachment to our A to Z appeal would have won us the appeal. What options are available for our staff to supply attachments on future appeals?

Send any attachments to the customer via messaging. It's the only way, and let them know in the Appeal that there are attachments to the customer in messaging that will prove your case. Then come back here if you are denied the appeal and tag a few mods with the order id so they can escalate the appeal.

As @Bad_Mouse_Vinyl mentioned, the text box does not support attachments. Please feel free to review the help page below, it reiterates that you must attach any documents, use Buyer-Seller Messages to attach documents and send it to the customer; then state in your A-to-z Guarantee Claim response that you have attached (such as POD) in Buyer-Seller Messages.
