I'm getting blocked by other sellers.
Hello @Sunnie_Amazon@Ricardo_Amazon,
I am a new seller on Amazon and I have no prior experience in commerce. Amazon is requesting the following documents from me:
- Evidence of delivery or verification that the currently uploaded tracking information is correct. Tracking information may be provided in the Manage Orders section of your seller account. This may include buyer confirmation of receipt or proof-of-delivery documentation.
- You may be missing critical business information from your account to validate positive buyer-seller history across other sales channels. Provide supporting documents that include but are not limited to business website and email or company bank information.
- We have observed a significant increase in your sales or an unusual change in your selling patterns. Please provide us with supporting evidence that you have inventory to fulfill all of the orders placed. This includes but is not limited to copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days.
Now I have a few questions. Amazon is saying I have made a lot of sales, but so far I have only had one order, which I shipped via FedEx and is currently in transit. Two other orders were pending, but the customers did not complete the payment, so they were canceled. I actually think this was done by another seller because both orders were for 30 units each, and they intentionally did not make the payment. Because of this, Amazon thinks I have made a lot of sales.
So my question is, can't Amazon see that these sales did not go through? Why is my account under review and why are they requesting documents from me? It seems my account has been blocked by another malicious seller.
1. For the requested delivery evidence, I will send the document that FedEx will provide once the order is delivered.
2. They are asking for information about previous sales channels and positive sales experiences, but again, I am a NEW seller and have never made any sales before.
3. Regarding the requested documents, I only have one completed order so far, and I can send the invoice for that. However, I have no inventory. I am following Amazon's dropshipping policy and operating accordingly.
Please help me. Can you explain the documents Amazon is requesting in detail? And you are aware that I am in this situation because of canceled orders that never went through. Someone is trying to block me. I have been struggling with this for a week. Is this how Amazon operates?

If you are following the dropshipping policy accordingly , then your drop shipping supplier contract and brand authorization letters will suffice.

Amazon employees are available through seller support. This is Amazon seller forums, it is a forum full of other Amazon sellers that try to help out other sellers. I wasn't aware that you had asked for a request here for other sellers here to write anything nice about you, I thought you asked for help here, and we're trying to help you out!
Sometimes a forum moderator here may drop by and be able to chime in and kick you over some information, or escalate your case to someone, but you have not yet provided any seller support case ID's to escalate.
You only have two posts in the forums. And you never replied to your last one, and instead, created a new post for the same issue for your "unfair temporary review"

Follow the instructions provided by Amazon, this is a regular compliance check. If you are new, learn quick that you can't blow off the request. You get only 1 chance to keep your account.
Where are you sourcing products for your drop shipping? Retail?? Amazon.com??
