889 Certification SUSPENDED
889 Certification is a self certification that you provide amazon. Ours was close to expiring (have had it for years) so we renewed ours with SAM and then uploaded the paperwork to Amazon. A few days after we received a red SUSPENDED notification next to our certification. It makes no sense. It is a self certification, it was renewed. How can amazon suspend it? Now it has been over two months and all we get from amazon is "we are looking into it & it has been handed off to the correct team". We need a solution.
We have tried to reupload the certification via amazon's help desk, twice, to no avail. We need a solution.
