FBA Shipments Not Eligible for Prime 1 Month+ After Closing

After noticing a significant drop in sales the past 30 days, I took a closer look at my recent 4 FBA shipments. All of them are closed, most for over 1 month, and the units are available for sale but not Prime eligible according to the "Shipment summary" page.

Here are the four shipments. My customer support case ID is 15970722791:

ID: FBA18555SVD5, Created: Jun 28, 2024, Received: July 9, Closed: July 30, 2024.

ID: FBA185FDYP7H, Created: Jul 1, 2024, Received: July 8, Closed: July 23, 2024

ID: FBA186JMGZ8M, Created: Jul 12, 2024, Received: July 17, Closed: August 7, 2024.

ID: FBA188GXMRMP, Created: Jul 31, 2024, Received: August 13, Closed: September 5, 2024.

The units typically sell several a day, and for the past 30 days I've had almost 0 sales, because they are not appearing in search results for customers looking for two or one day prime shipping. You can see in this image from September 6, as a Prime user, it's showing me fastest delivery is September 18.

This is what I see in the Shipment summary for each of these shipments:

Maybe it has more to do with no ones a bridal hanger right now.

Hello could it may be because your units are in transit to another FC this sidelines the units until an unspecified time causing out of stock.

Amazon could continue make the units available since they've been recieved by one FC but where forwarded inside FC network.

I understand your frustration as we all know of out of stock equals lost sales

@Seller_HdBBIzm1Np4nRHow many of these are still showing as being in FC transfer? I'm seeing the same thing for a few of my last shipments, but it looks like the discrepancy are in FC transfer (making them not elegible for Prime). I don't know what's going on, but I've noticed that in the past month or so things are taking a LOOONG time to actually get out of FC transfer and back into sellable inventory.

the "Ships from Amazon" bit under the Buy Now button says they are Prime. The length of time from viewing to delivery being over a week, when you sent the picture, means the units are not fully processed into all the bins in FBA, and are still being moved around. You are correct, if someone is searching for 1 or 2 day, Prime, they will not see those hangers, unless they are near an FBA location that happens to have some of them in stock and ready to ship. Prime recently has slowed down for delivery and most things take 3 days to a couple weeks to be delivered, so don't be surprised by increased shipping times.
