Error on Tax Identity information
Hi,
i am getting an error "The name and Tax ID provided do not match IRS records".
i have a LLC company (my wife and i as a owners). Then, i selected LLC as Federal tax classification, and Partnership as LLC type.
On the full name question, i am writing my company name, and providing the EIN number provided by the IRS. But i am still getting the error.
What i am doing wrong?

Connor from Amazon here, thank you for the post. While I am unable to provide specific tax advice, form my personal experience with sellers here, there might be a mismatch on the IRS side, you may want to call them to make sure the business name they have is the same as the one you enter.
After review, if your question is still unanswered, I recommend that you create a case to Seller Support with your question and they can engage the Tax department.
