Amazon customer service
Amazon customer service is very disappointing. I sent in a shipment over a month ago and was received about a month ago. They quickly added 9 out of 29 to my inventory and 3 times pushed the date back for receiving. I tried twice to open a case and they stated that the items were there that they just needed to be added to my inventory but that I needed to wait because they were super busy and that it would eventually be added. Now, shipment is closed with no issues?? What is going on Amazon?? I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in amazon.
