As this is Amazon's platform, and as a seller TO amazon, they have the right to refuse ANY product they want. They also DONOT have to give a reason.
What should we do - NOTHING. Accept their decision as you do not have a choice.

What's the product? Take a look at how it is described to see if it could have said things that would place it under that restriction. If you don't think the restriction should apply then try appealing it.
