Campaign only get 150$ budget cap?

My campaign has set to a 5000$ budget, but when it reach 150$ it will stop showing AD at the keywords I want.

The most strange this is this could affect the whole advertising account, which means when I create a new campaign, it still cannot get over the 150$ cap.

Meanwhile when I adjust the bids at the keywords, it show "no data available" at the status column.

The 150$ budget cap is a daily cap, I tried to raise the budget, at the top level of the campaign but failed.

Do you guys have the same problem?

How do I fix it?

Greetings @Seller_RUj6GORY8VD8e,

Thanks for reaching out with your difficulties with your add budget. Add budget settings can be complicated so it may be something is setup in a way that limits the budget in a way you didn't intend or it could be that you are not winning the bid. I would recommend that you reach out to the Ads Support team to review your settings and ensure they are set up to get the result that you want. If there is a technical issue they should be able to identify it. If not, please provide your Case ID here and I'll see what kind of escalation I can offer you. Thank you for your understanding.

I have the same issue, I am new selling at Amazon and this is really frustrate me. No matter how I tried to set the budget or even try to set the bids to a very high level, when it reach to 150 budget it will stop generating advertising and show no data available" at the status column. Very same issue here.

It seems there is a cap set to 150 dollars, which is not related to any campaign setting.

I don't know how to reset it.

Yes, I know there is a setting called " Sponsored Products budget cap "

Every time I ask for help from seller support they tell me to adjust this option. But in fact no use of it.

And in fact the seller support does not know what I'm talking about actually.

They just reply case with templates.

Oh my god, I'm not the only one have this problem.

Exactly same case, same "no data available" shows up when I change the bids, same campaign stopped at the same time will not generate any impressions any more when this happened! When the campaign ran for a day it will only cost about 150 dollars!!! Very identical issue!!

My case ID 13547060801

Hope that this could help me out!
