Is this something that you just shipped in? If so, this is normal while they distribute your product to various FCs; there is a good chance that the address you shipped it to is nothing more than a re-distribution center, and does not fulfill customer orders, so it will take a few days to get to where it can be shipped. Especially right now, the FCs are busy with receiving shipment; 7 days is not bad.
