Well, fellow sellers (and someone from the amazon Canada/Us to authenticate) I am a new seller, learning and getting myself educated. I have a question to ask related to the sales of power tools like Ryobi, Ridgid, etc. I have seen many sellers selling tools from these brands. As far as I know and even the manufacturer confirmed on my communications that only the “Home Depot Canada & US” holds the exclusive rights to sell these products in Canada and USA. Now my question is how different people, other than Home Depot Canada/US, are selling these products on amazon Canada & US marketplaces? What is the policy statement here? Can anybody buy these tools from home depot Canada/US and sell them on amazon Canada or Us marketplace? Will the receipts/invoices from Home Depot be accepted by amazon? I will appreciate, if any fellow seller(s) or amazon associate(s) provides some clarity on this...."Purchasing from Home Depot & Selling on Amazon".
