I don't understand what Amazon is doing in my case!!

Hello everyone,

I have been selling a product through FBA. Out of nowhere a sale was made and I see that It was sold FBM. I have never listed this product to be shipped by me!!

Suddenly Amazon duplicated my listing. One is FBA and the other one is FBM.

I don't have the product to ship since I sell it FBA. Any advice?
