Cannot update FCC Radio Frequency Emission Field in Product Safety Details
My product has been removed due to lacking FCC information. Each time I add the FCC information, it disappears when saving. Amazon's Customer support has spent 3 days telling me to keep doing the same thing, to which I send screenshots outlining exactly what is going on.
Is this an issue with others? Is there a way to force this information via upload or other method?

Howdy @Seller_ME5MvfCM29AAd- and thanks for joining us here on the seller forums! This page has some details around uploading the FCC information through a file upload. Have you tried that route as of yet?
