Handling time on Orders are Just 1 Day Now

Amazon is threatening to close our account every week due to late shipments in the account health panel.

Our handling time is set at 2 business days both in the general settings and on all SKUs. Orders however, are coming in with a ship date of the following day.

I have called into Amazon numerous times over the weeks. The first agent will see the issue and pass me to the next agent. They also see the issue and pass me along further. The final agent sees the issue and tells me they will submit a case and email me. They eventually email that they see no issue. I've gone through this loop many times now.

This morning I was told to submit a plan on how I was going to rectify the late shipment issue and the phone agent wouldn't hear it that it was an Amazon side issue.

How can I get someone to fix this for good? If it is some sort of dynamic handling time, that's fine, but then don't threaten to close the account as a result of it.

What time zone are you in ?

Amazon uses the Pacific Time zone when calculating days. For example, I'm in Ontario, so any sale between my midnight and 3am is treated as if it was sold yesterday -- which cuts a day off my 2 day handling.

If professional level, you could extend your 2 days to 3 business days. You can also make sure to upload tracking as soon as you have it bought for the shipment (no need to wait until it gets picked up/dropped off/scanned).

Like Dennis said as long as you know you will still meet the required delivery date just enter your tracking # when you pack the order.

For example in order to not have a huge packing backlog on Monday we will pack & confirm orders that come in Saturday & Sunday even though the actual packages will not be picked and scanned by the courier until Monday afternoon.

But you are saying that you are getting cut off due to "late shipments". Do you mean the orders are not meeting the required delivery date (date it needs to be in customer's hands) or handling time (date required for you to confirm order is shipped). 2 different things
