Is there a place to report Sellers from China that have gained 1000 + reviews in only a few months?

I remember hearing a while back that Amazon did shut down fake Chinese seller accounts that have gamed the review system. Is there a place to report a listing that does this? One of the sellers in my category launched their product in September. They're from China and they already have 1,005 reviews. Most people know that's not even possible without gaming the system. Can I report this seller somewhere? They're dominating the competition in this market because they have some kind of review manipulation going on which I know is against Amazon's policy. Are they going to enforce this on this Chinese seller? I would hope that they would, because their products are not even the top quality in my category. Please let me know if you have any advice.

Don't expect to hear anything back from Amazon, though. They won't report any outcome or details to you, so it'll just appear your report went into a black hole.
Hopefully though, if you keep checking the detail pages, you'll see those reviews disappear.
