Account at risk of deactivation due to severe snow storm

Had a lot of orders get marked as late to ship, however last two days the roads have not been drivable due to snow and ice.

Account is now at risk of deactivation due to late shipping rate.

And what is your question? Will it affect your metrics, most likely yes. You could/should have put your account on vacation mode to prepare for the weather.

I understand that you could not get to the post office to drop off, but you should go ahead and print your labels anyway. Then they will show as shipped.

You'll still lose any INR and OTDR protection, as you won't have a scan showing that it was actually shipped in time, but in general, it won't show as a Late Shipment (at least, it never does for me when it doesn't get scanned right away).

And in the future, pay attention to the forecasts. This storm was not a surprise, at least for the hardest hit areas.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you have encountered with the ongoing snow storm. I understand this has prevented you from shipping which has caused further impacts to your metrics. I know this has caused increasing concern as the metric has slipped off target and you have received the at risk messaging.

To clarify, did you receive this in the form of a performance notification? Is our team requesting more information regarding what occurred? If there has been, then we would advise compiling an explanation of which orders you have had impacted as well as how you were impacted by the snow storm. Our team will review these details and make a decision on if the concerns can be resolved.

Otherwise, you may just be seeing the 'at risk' banner that is there to inform you of the metric being off target. If there is no path to submit information, then no additional action will be required at this time. We do encourage you to continue to share the details you have on this situation so our team may further review.

Best,

Atlas

I'm also expecting an issue. It's only 6 packages between USPS and UPS sitting here but it's still gonna hit.

For those saying we should have known the weather was bad and turned off orders: These came in Thursday night and the morning when there was NO SNOW. Snow has been forcast all week. I believe services were canceled by the carries mid afternoon when it started to snow and wasn't accumulated until later. I was surprised they didn't come for pick up.
