Thank you for being a part of this community and posting here at the Handmade group.
The main reason for an account to be deactivated due to inactivity is not logging in. Once you have gone trhough the process of reactivating the account which is mainly updateding your IDs and/or bank accoutn information. IT should take around 48hrs for you to receive an answer.
