My account health rating has been consistently decreasing over the past two weeks

My account health rating has been continuously decreasing in the past two weeks, and I don't know the reason why. It started on May 20th, and every 2-3 days, it has been dropping by 4 points, from 288 to the current 244. In fact, I have no pending performance notifications on my account, and this applies to all my Amazon sell accounts. However, my Amazon Canada account has been in a suspended state since November 2022. I have received violations for selling restricted items, and the performance notification was for the period between March 17th and April 11th. The performance notification informed me that it would not impact the health of my account.

I'm really confused, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the same situation. What could be the reason for the ongoing decrease in my account score, and will it continue to drop? The Account Health Support Team representatives have been unable to answer these questions for me. Currently, my score is very low, even though the restricted listing was removed in May. As of June 14th, it is still decreasing, and I'm extremely worried about it.

As you mentioned this started around the end of may and every couple of days you’d lose 4 points, you also mentioned not having any issues, or unaddressed policy issues it seems.

Although the Canada store being deactivate is a situation by itself, it will not impact your US stores account health rating.

The account health rating is ultimately calculated based off your total completed order volume over the last 180-days. You essentially earn 4 points for every 200 completed orders within the 180-day period.

When you experience periods of lower order volume or do not maintain that volume, you will see these fluctuations in the score.
