Credit Card Invalid
I've used the same credit card for my charge method for three years until yesterday, when I received an email saying my credit card is invalid. I've added two new cards, and I still have the same issue, saying my credit card is invalid. I've contacted seller support and even showed the screenshot showing that pending transaction of Amazon validating the credit card.
Not sure what else I could do at this point

Go into your BUYER side account and enter those numbers.
If the card(s) on that side are expired or have problems it will mess up the seller side as well.

Hello @Seller_lEbBkR67E5yPo,
Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration that this is causing. When you register as a seller, you must enter a credit or debit card that will accept international charges and that has a valid billing address located in an eligible country. Your credit or debit card will be billed the monthly fee (if applicable) or USD 1 (excl. VAT) for purposes of validating the card. For more information, go to bank account and debit card information.
If you have received an error message about your credit card, it is important to update your credit card information as soon as possible.
Check the below information related to your credit card:
- Is the credit card valid?
- Is there a minimum charge amount?
- Are you using a pre-paid card? (Note: Use of a pre-paid card is not accepted for a selling account.)
- Does the bank have a record of the charge attempt?
- Are there bank limits or policies that prevent the charge attempt from being authorized?
- Is there any incorrect credit card information entered? (Note: All the credit card information entered such as number, name, address, ZIP code, or expiration date must be an exact match with your card details.)
- Is this chargeable in the currency of the Amazon marketplace where you registered your seller account?
Until the card verification problem is resolved, Amazon won't be able to process any payments for your account.
Accepted credit or debit cards
We accept the following credit or debit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
Note: We do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal.
As what @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAphas mentioned, please make sure to check both buyer and seller side.
I will also look into the case ID and see if I can escalate. I will respond back as soon as more information is available.
Cheers,
Micah

I have exactly the same problem. I tried everything including 2 more credit cards. And I need to have the addresses of 3 open orders.
How did you solve the problem?

It is Amazon's way of re instituting account reserve in preparation for their FTC settlement. This exact thing happened to us and we had the ability for 1 payout every 24 hours prior. Now we have dd+7 and account level reserve. Good Luck.

just contact bank service, to check whether the amazon bank charge function have problem, if in such case, amazon will show the credit card invalid.

Go the address bar of your browser dear, on the top right corner there appears a lock sign, click that and remove all the cookies and history, after that refresh your page. It's your browser glitch not Amazon's

The same thing happened to me. I've been off a week until this morning. I called my bank and there was no trouble with the account. I had to get a completely new card. I think it's important to match the account info exactly: If the card is in your name but you use a different name for your business, use the business name when it asks for a address.

I have the same problem with my charge method being shown as invalid. Almost two years using this card without any problems. Amazon gave a deadline of 48 hours to resolve, but I've been without access to Seller Central for exactly 6 days and nothing has been resolved.
Is there a representative who can help me with my ID 14071947591
