I just added the first product to my inventory and received a notification that says "Offer sent. Thank you for submitting your offer. If approved, it will take effect within 24 hours."

There is no timeline, but we as longtime sellers who have brand registry often have a new listing created inside of 4 hours. You *may* get an email, but you can always check your manage inventory page to see if it exists.
