Scam website took my Amazon listings and are falsely claiming to sell my registered trademarked products

Good afternoon all! I need help y'all.

I am the original manufacturer, have a registered trademark from USPTO and have also done the Brand Registry on Amazon.

It has recently come to my attention that a scam website (off of Amazon) has stolen ALL of my Intellectual Property directly from my Amazon listings and now they are falsely claiming to sell my products! They literally copied it word for word, claiming that THEY invented my products! Unfortunately, this "company" was set up in Wyoming and as such, they did not have to provide any personal info to the Secretary of State when forming their "company", so there is no way for me to track them or send them a cease and desist letter. They are NOT authorized to use my trademark and are in NO WAY affiliated with my company. I thought Amazon was supposed to protect our uploaded IP, especially trademarks, right?

I have worked incredibly hard to become a trusted seller! We have MANY loyal customers, however I don't want people seeing this scam website and thinking they are going to receive our amazing American made products! They are claiming to sell my products at twice what I am selling them for, so it is possible that they wait for an order to come through for my product, then they buy it on Prime and ship it to their customers. The problem (besides them stealing all of my IP) is only 1 in 5 people actually receive what they paid for, which is why this particular website has not been shut down yet. They are scamming most people but doing just enough business to not get shut down. Their address is an empty warehouse and their phone number is a generic answering machine that won't let you leave a message.

Has anyone ever dealt with someone stealing your IP from Amazon? Is there anything Amazon can do?? Can Amazon track who stole all of my information from them?

I do not want these scam artists scamming my loyal customers and destroying our reputation!

PLEASE HELP!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much!

This is not really an Amazon problem to solve. You need an attorney versed in IP law.

Hello there @Seller_k6eywPpnUuXaM

If I'm being honest, this is my first time coming across an issue like this so I don't know exactly what I'll be able to do/not do (based on what @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw said around an attorney versed in IP law being a valid resource) but I will need more information to start looking into this. Do you have all encompassing information in a support case? If not, I will need you to open one so I can have access!
