Can't add new product, kept getting this error message

Hello,

I can't add new product, kept having this error message: The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN.

I bought the GTIN couple days ago, I have asked for case support but still unable to solve. Please help anyone? thanks
