Used CPap Machine with used accessories.

where one Cpap machine delivered was used by the buyers and accepted on chat that pipe and machine left a bad taste in the mouth and hence used it, Here want to specify that you have to use machine and pipe together for it to work, buyer accepted that he opened the tube for taking a picture but I replied that it has a transparent packaging and if the pipe has to be repalced with better climateline tube, we can do it and ship it with expedited shipping. I even wrote them the tracking no to reach it in time

while accepting return authourization we asked the buyers that if the machine is used, we will not refund you but machine has 2 years of warranty for any problem and we will get it repaired or replaced without any charges.

After getting the machine back we saw it has been used and it slimline tube was opened and used with the machine where buyer wrote that they had bad taste in the mouth while using he pipe and hence machine as you can not use pipe without the machine. we refused the refunds and again wrote that we can ship the machine back and your machine is covered for 2 year of warranty from ResMed.

During all our messaging buyer of accepted in chat that they want to have machine with the climateline pipe , we offered theasame to be shipped wihout returning slimline tube as it is not returnable when used. we wrote all our points but claim was granted and afterword appeal also gets rejected with all points shared with buyer on chat with Amazon team.
