Potential High Pricing Error - For a Unique Product?
Hello! Recently, I'd encountered this error in regards to one of our products-- the only issue being, there is no precedent for what the pricing should be, as our product is unique on Amazon. The product is a variation, and other variations on the parent product have higher prices than this variation, so I'm not entirely sure why Amazon took issue with this particular one, or how to solve it without lowering my price (which is the least preferable solution).
I had seen a post recently that had the same problem, but the poster had not responded to the Amazon Support that had reached out on it, so I'm making my own post in hopes of finding a solution. Other posts I've looked at haven't had a solution to the issue.

Amazon will compare to other sites as well as 'similar' items so these are always a challenge.
They could be comparing to their own brand and your own products if you sell for less on other sites.
AND if you haven't set your high/low price do THAT since it fixes things quite often.
