Struggle adding First Product.

Trying to add my First Product and on attempting to do so realized it has no transparency number.

Was advised by an Agent the Product should be sent to the Warehouse without the Transprency which I found strange, attempted to move unto the next step in adding and the application was removed.

Spoke to an Agent again who advised I also need to get a Receipt proving purchase which I provided, now trying to add the Product again through seller central I am advised there is an issue with the Serial Number.

I've scanned with an approved App, confirmed on Seller Central through the mobile app, converted to a word document as required and still being advised its incorrect and its a QR Code.

This has been a process repeating itself ofor the past three months and once again they are advising the code is incorrect, to sat this is frustrating is an understatement!

Ok, slow down right there. Does the product you're trying to sell require a Transparency code? If yes, and you don't provide one, you won't be able to sell them. We had a product several years ago that the brand decided to put in transparency program, but didn't tell us. Our units were immediately unsellable.

Where did you purchase the items? Amazon wants to see Invoices not receipts. You probably also need a Letter of Authorization from the brand for you to sell their product *on Amazon*.
