If you fulfill a package one day late but it still arrives in the delivery window questions

If you fulfill an order one day late and it arrives in the estimated delivery window and you bought the shipping label with Amazon buy shipping are you still covered if a buyer says they never got it?

yes if you are late getting the package out, it is sometimes better to just refund and move on rather than trying to please customers by, say, upgrading the shipping service to get it there faster.

At least this is the message I get from this policy.

Delivery confirmation means nothing. Everything depends on a timely CARRIER ACCEPTANCE SCAN, which puts us at great risk beacuse we all know how sloppy USPS is when it comes to such things as 'scanning'. I've been burned by this before.

In any event, when a buyer claims non-receipt when DC shows delivery, I file a missing package inquiry with the USPS and I let the customer know this...
