Amazon deactivated my account, allegedly because of fake reviews.
Good afternoon! What should I do? Amazon blocked my account allegedly because of fake reviews. When I was selling an item, two sellers joined my listing who were selling my branded counterfeit product. Accordingly, I did everything according to Amazon's instructions, and ordered the product from these sellers, and after that I also opened the cases for complaint. In order to protect customers from these sellers, I wrote a real review about these sellers in order to protect them from counterfeiting. Amazon accepted my complaint and deactivated these sellers from my listing, and after 3 months I receive such a block. What should I do? How do I restore my account?

Please help me! Amazon responded to my appeal, but they said they didn't have enough information to restore my account. What information is needed that Amazon needs to provide?

The fact is that I can't understand where and when I insulted someone, all my correspondence with sellers was constructive and professional, and there was never any intention to offend anyone, much less knowing the consequences that my account could be blocked

Hello @Seller_EwLPgGB6teMaV,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums with concerns about your account deactivation.
From what you have shared, I see that your account is deactivated for potential fake reviews which violated the code of conduct policy.
I understand that you have left the reviews to protect buyers during this process, however, this can be seen as an attempt do damage another seller which is in violation of the policy.
For this type of deactivation, you will have a dispute path where you can prove that your account has not violated policy by providing evidence that your account has not attempted to leave negative reviews to affect a competitor.
Can you share the deactivation performance notification here in this thread, after you have removed your personal information, for us to review? Have you attempted to dispute the deactivation as of yet? If so, what have you provided for review?
I look forward to learning more. Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here in this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

If you left a product review on your own product, delete that immediately as that is a policy violation.
Post the original email you got when Amazon deactivated your account (removing any personal info), tell us how you responded, and how they responded to your response.

Hello @Seller_EwLPgGB6teMaV,
Thank you for following up with this additional information.
Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe that there has been an error, submit an explanation by clicking "Reactivate My Account" on the banner at the top of your Account Health page. Your explanation should include the following information:
-- How your account did not violate the "Acting fairly" section of our Seller code of conduct.
-- Evidence that shows that your account has not attempted to leave negative feedback to affect a competitor.
What happens if I do not send the required information?
If we do not receive the requested information, your account will remain deactivated.
I appreciate you providing your performance notification surrounding the situation. So you are aware, this is a dispute only scenario where we can only accept proof that this did not occur.
Here you advise having posted a review after placing this order. Although you do mention deleting the review, this is a direct violation of the mentioned policy, unless you can show evidence that this did not occur, the account will remain deactivated.
When it comes to reporting a violation, there are very specific policies to follow and when it comes to any communication, we need to ensure that no matter the circumstance, we're adhering to all of them.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
