Did not Received New Sellers Incentive Program Vine $200 Credit

Hello! I am a new seller with a new brand registered. I have enrolled two products with 22 units. one product I enrolled 2 unites and this is free. And other product I enrolled 20 units and I konw it will charge by the $200 VINE Credit. However, So far, I have not seen the $200 VINE Credit. Just the enrollment fees are charged for $200. Where is my $200 Vine credit? That would help me significantly as I am having heavy losses as a new seller. Please read and help us out. THANK YOU SO MUCH. @Tatiana_Amazon

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

For clarification, were the ASINs enrolled into Vine before you became eligible for brand benefits, or did you enroll it after? Also, when you enrolled the ASINs, was that also the first time you had accessed Vine? I'm asking this because you must also access Vine for the first time within 90 days of being brand eligible in order to receive the credits.

If Vine had not been accessed for the first time within 90 days of becoming brand eligible, may be the issue. This help page goes over that particular piece of criteria in this help page. It will be the second bullet point under Seller eligibility.
