I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mehmet Kaya and I am a seller on Amazon for the past 3-4 months.

We take great pride in adhering to Amazon policies and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Recently, we received a concerning customer comment that we believe may be a paid attack on our product. The comment unfairly compares our product with a competitor's and labels ours as poor quality and fake.

I have opened two cases to address this issue (Case IDs: 14521944961 & 14521636961), but unfortunately, they have been in the "transferred" stage for several weeks, and I have yet to receive a response.

I kindly request your urgent assistance in reviewing these cases and the associated customer comment. We believe that this comment may unfairly damage our brand reputation, and we are eager to resolve the matter promptly.

That reviewer has left more than a dozen reviews for other products in the past, ranging from 1 to 5 stars. Not everyone that compares brands is a competitor. MANY buyers compare brands in reviews and there is no rule against it.

  • Repetitive text, spam, or pictures created with symbols
  • Private information
  • Profanity or harassment
