Reactivate account stuck in change payment methods
I am trying to take my account off of inactive status. Whenever I click in Seller Central to "reactivate" I am prompted to change my payment method. I have tried changing payment methods and deleting and re-adding payments methods and nothing works. I am always taken back to this same screen and there is no place to submit documents to prove my identity.

I understand that you are experiencing a concern whereby your account is inactive even after following the path provided for reactivation. A few sellers have also posted similar discussions.
