How to unfreeze store funds

A TRO is a legal document issued by a judge.

You would need to resolve the issue with the rights owner (RO) through their legal team and the Rights Owner or counsel will contact Amazon to release the funds hold.

You will be notified via Performance Notification once the legal hold is released. If there is still an issue, I would suggest you reach out to your legal representative to get this resolved.

I have gone ahead and removed the screen shot and any legal case information to protect your personal information.
