Account Setup- Deposit Method

Good Day

I need assistance in setting up a deposit method. We have already created our account with Amazon, but we are having some difficulty selecting a payment method as our Country is not listed to add a bank account.

My agent did do an inquiry and we were informed that we should use Hyperwallet. I have followed the instructions by going to settings and Account Info, but we do not have the Bank Account option as mentioned in the instructions. We are about to launch and I do need urge assistance with this.

I understand that you are trying to set up your deposit method using Hyperwallet.

The steps to apply for a Hyperwallet account through Seller Central are below:

  1. Log into Seller Central.
  2. Choose Settings and click Account Info.
  3. On the Seller Account Information page, go to the Payment Information section and then click Bank Account Information.
  4. Click Replace deposit method if a bank account is already registered or Assign.
  5. Select the country of your bank account in the Bank Location drop-down menu.
  6. Click Sign up for Hyperwallet to apply for a Hyperwallet deposit account. You will be redirected to Hyperwallet’s website where you can apply for a Hyperwallet account using your Amazon Seller credentials. For the US Marketplace, if you already have a Hyperwallet account, return to Seller Central, select United States as the Bank Location Country, and enter the deposit account details which Hyperwallet has provided to you.

I understand that you are not seeing the Bank Account option, do you see a Deposit Methods option to add a new deposit method or assign?

I would also suggest opening a case with Support to troubleshoot this concern. Please feel free to provide an update to this thread.
