Brand approval
Hi I made a major mistake and need help I already have my order prepared with a brand name and logo in China ready to be shipped but got declined by brand approval with the following message Is it all lost what should I do please help
We have completed our review and concluded that the ASINs for the requested brand “May Queen” already exists on catalog with different Product Type details.

Amazon told you what to do, depending on what category you are trying to sell in.
It is not unusual to have the same (or similar) brand names selling different product categories.
Amazon is giving you a hint that you will probably be OK in the category they suggested. If that is NOT what you intend to sell there will be other hurdles.
Have you looked at the USPTO site for that brand?
If you haven't, here is what it shows --
