HELP With Cancellation Request!!
I contacted Seller Support because I have a buyer contacting us because they purchased the same item twice in 2 different orders. They want only one of them. By the time they let us know, we have purchased the shipping labels already in Veeqo. We took only one order to the carrier (USPS) and for the second order, we returned the shipping label in Veeqo. The order shows Unshipped in Veeqo, but Shipped in Seller Central. We don't want our metrics to be affected, but unfortunately we can't cancel it, the buyer can't cancel it and at the end it will affect us because we will not ship it PER BUYER REQUEST. All the communication with the buyer is in Seller Central. Seller Support is not able to help and just keep repeating the same info in the Help section. It should show as UNSHIPPED in Seller Central just as it shows UNSHIPPED in Veeqo, so the buyer can request the cancellation and everyone is happy. I think this is an easy fix for your system. Please look into it.

Were you able to clear up the issue with the duplicated order, or are there still lingering effects from that problem?
