New Nike Listing
Hello... I normally request approval to create a new Nike shoe listing but over the last 2 weeks I requested access to create new Nike shoe listing and I have been denied both time now. What has changed and how can obtain approval to create new Nike shoe listing?
I am approved to sell Nike products and not restricted.

If you have been successfully listing Nike, you have just been getting away with it. You do not have the right to sell Nike, and Nike does not want third party sellers offering Nike on Amazon. You are lucky you still have an account. Remove all Nike listings now. Or just wait if you don't believe me.

It's very simple:
YOU CAN'T SELL NIKE ON AMAZON. Period.
If you have any Nike listings, you need to fully remove and delete them. Then hope that that will be enough; some people have had their accounts suspended for listings that were up to a year old, even after having deleting them.
You've never been approved BY NIKE to sell Nike products on Amazon. If you've been buying from a legitimate wholesale source (possible only if you have a B&M store), you are risking losing your ability to sell Nike there as well. But if you're like most people, you've been buying from Nike stores or website, and ignoring the statement on the receipt (and signs in the stores) along the lines of "All Purchases are for Personal Use only, and are not to be resold".

NO, you are NOT approved to sell Nike and neither is anyone else.
Save yourself some time and start writing your "please help with my Section 3 suspension' letter NOW. It will save you time when you get it.
Do a simple search for NIKE suspensions because you will be about number 1279 on the list soon.

No, Nike is most certainly NOT okay with it; they've been aggressively filing complaints (something spelled out quite clearly on their website). But with thousands of new sellers every day, it's hard to keep up. But once they file a complaint, you're done. Nike will not retract a complaint, and since they don't sell wholesale for internet sales, it's impossible to have the required paperwork to reactivate an account.
Saying that Nike doesn't care because people are getting away with it is like saying that the State Trooper doesn't care about speeders, because they don't catch them all.

Do what the other sellers say. But you will be in a constant doubt for the next two years that your account will be suspended for having listed "counterfeits". Cross fingers.

Hello @Seller_Wp3sVxr6VKtza,
Thanks for posting this inquiry. As your fellow sellers have stated, Nike has put restrictions in place for selling their products and at this time, you are not eligible to sell these products. You may check back again in the near future to see if you are able to list the particular item you were interested in selling (by applying again through the 'Add a product' section on Seller Central.) I apologize for any inconvenience this may create.
Regards,
- Manny
