I write to you with profound humility regarding recent those unfair 1 star feedback impacting my account's ODR and Buy Box eligibility.As a small business owner relying entirely on Amazon, this situation has caused severe operational distress, and I humbly beg for your compassionate intervention to save my livelihood.
Regarding the Negative Feedback:
1) Order 114-4034394-2647454: The customer reported *did not received*. But after this feedback she sent email said that she received after.I tried to contact her so many times but never got reply.So we think this feedback should be removed.This feedback is unfair. Case id 16823476331
2) Order 111-2151553-0497819: The customer reported *did not received*.Although FEDEX shows delivered and sent us proof of delivery, we still full refund customer for this order.So we think this feedback should be removed.This feedback is unfair. Case id 16986068121
3) Order 113-6101847-3439433:The customer reported *did not get refund*. We mentioned in the return message setting, customer should contact us the return shipping number so that we can refund you asap, we never received any letter before this feedback.We had already full refunded customer, so we think this feedback should be removed.This feedback is unfair. Case id 17117563371

2)Reinstatement of Buy Box eligibility

Requests for feedback removal can only be made via Feedback Manager, and usage of any other channel to request the same may potentially result in the deactivation of your selling account. Removal requests must be made within 90 days of the feedback submission. The system will prevent feedback removals after 90 days.
Amazon will remove feedback if it determines doing so is necessary because of the following cases:
The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”

We have a subjective product feedback left by a customer in our store. We have contacted the buyer and resolved the issue for them. We explained to Amazon, but it seems like we encountered a robot answering. No matter what we say, the answer we get is the same. We are very helpless. However, in order to meet the customer's needs, I have processed a full refund for her. I believe that I have properly addressed the customer's needs, so I think this one star feedback should be removed, now it's affecting my ODR and causing me to lose my buy box...Please help me remove and restore my buy box.
