Re-Measurement: I bet the FBA logistic team intent to keep the wrong measurement in order to over-charge
Given the measurement was wrong by FBA team and then one variation of my listing was wrongly classified to be Large Bulk. It over-charged me more than 1k USDs for the wrong classification.
In order to correct it, I have request the re-measurement for 8 times in the past 4 months, there were the case records:

My product's outer package is a double wall paper carton, As it is known to all, for the paper carton, each time, when doing the measurement, the 3 dimension values should be variable, but not be constant figures.
All the above 8 times of re-measurement, each time Amazon FBA kept the output of the 3 dimensions as the exactly same values after they run the re-measurement.
Then I do question that Amazon FBA team intent to keep the wrong figures in order to keep my listing to be large bulk and over charge me the FBA fee.
Fortunately, I have got the evidence.
There is the other variation(B0D3****5R), it shares the same paper carton. and this variation(B0D3****5R) got the right measurement and classified as Large Standard.
So...I can draw the conclusion that Amazon FBA team intent to keep the wrong measurements for FNSKU: B0D3****6J, and then over-charge me more than 1k USDs.
Is there any seller who has the same experience with me? please let me know.

Same here. I just found my 20 inch products were charged as much as my 28 inch products. Then I checked the measurements provided by Amazon, the measurements are ridiculous. I'm wondering that could we get our money back after the FBA team correct their mistakes?

The following packaging practices minimize size-tier discrepancies:
- When you design your packaging, avoid dimensions that are close to the size-tier boundaries. To learn more about product size tiers, go to FBA fulfillment fee..
- Packaging should be snug against your product. Avoid packaging products in loose poly bags with excess material, such as poly bag flaps.
- Ensure that loose packaging parts, such as handles, stay tucked against the box.
- Packaged items should maintain similar edge-to-edge dimensions from one item to the next.
When possible, avoid the following items and packaging types, which cause the most common discrepancies:
- Soft items that bulge out of its box packaging
- Deformable or loose packaging, including plastic bags with excess material
- Packaging with movable parts, including handles that pop out, or floppy string handles
- Packaging that is close to the threshold between fulfillment-fee size tiers
- Packaged items that vary in edge-to-edge dimensions, such as one package with a lot of excess poly bag, and another package with a tight-fitting poly bag
