I did get deducted, it's just that your Amazon bug caused the damage, why don't you compensate me for this cost while the size was corrected, instead of applying for compensation separately for the logistics compensation fee and the warehouse fee, which resulted in me overpaying 3 times of the cost or even more, I didn't do anything wrong, so why do you want me to pay for Amazon's bugs?

On March 7, I submitted ID:14906677011 to request a re-size, but I found out that I was not paid the monthly storage reimbursement. On March 8, I once again asked questions in this case to dispute the monthly storage reimbursement. Due to the wrong operation of Amazon staff, the remeasurement + logistics and distribution fee compensation was done once again, and the result was that I did not get this compensation. I thought the staff was unprofessional, so I reopened many cases, and on April 12, I was told that I could not re-submit the re-test + delivery fee compensation twice, and as a result, I would not receive the monthly storage compensation. If the Amazon staff had done it correctly, I would have received the monthly storage compensation from 8/12/2023 to 8/3/2024. What I don't understand is that not only did the Amazon staff register the size of my product three times larger, but they also made me miss out on the opportunity to receive my compensation. You should be able to understand how I feel right now.
