Blocked amazon account identity verification

Hello,

My account has been blocked because they need to verify my identity.

So I had a meeting with someone from Amazon, so they could verify my identity.

I had about 30min of questions which I answered and gave all my documents to prove my identity.

1 day later, I got a refusal from Amazon, here's their message: "Thank you for completing the video verification. After reviewing the information from your virtual identity verification, we believe or our controls identify that your account may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. As a result, your account will not be reactivated."

I don't understand why this refusal, they've given me no explanation.

I keep calling Amazon, and the only answer I get is that either the decision has been made and so my account remains blocked forever.

Or to submit other documents to prove my identity.

Which I've done 3 times, with systematic refusals.

I've sent all my company and personal documents. I even sent my identity card, with my head next to it and the current date on a piece of paper, to prove my identity.

I don't know what to do, it's my Amazon job, and they're blocking my account for no reason.

Once the decision has been made for this, it will be considered final unless they were to receive new information that hasn't been previously reviewed.

As previously mentioned by @Atlas_Amazon, these decisions are typically final and require "new" documentation to be reviewed, however if they have already rejected the review after the video call, we can not guarantee a favorable outcome at this stage.

If providing documentation in these situations you will likely need to provide all mentioned verification documents, new documents if they were previously rejected, along with invoices and a letter of authorization for any and all products listed. This also applies to ASIN that were listed but never sold.

If we cannot verify the new documentation, the account may not be eligible for reactivation as noted above.
