Hi Amazon team,

I'm reaching out regarding a critical issue with busbusiness address verification. I’ve encountered the exact same problem as described in this thread:

I’ve tried multiple times to complete the address verification via postcard, but it has never arrived at my location (Ukraine). Now, I’ve received a notice that Invalid Address (Please confirm if you would like to request a new postcard. Currently you have 1 more attempt(s) to request a new card and retry verification) and I have only one final verification attempt remaining.

I’ve contacted Seller Support several times but have not received a response. I’m willing and able to provide any alternative documents to verify my business address.

Please help me resolve this before my account is negatively impacted.

I noticed that Amazon does offer alternative verification methods. According to the "If your business location is not any of the above-mentioned countries" section at Seller performance review, you can verify your address using either:

  • A utility bill (electricity, water, gas, mobile/fixed-line phone, or internet service)
  • An active government-issued business license

Before using your final postcard attempt, you might want to try requesting an alternative verification method. When contacting Seller Support, you can reference the document requirements listed in the same help page. The key requirements are:

  • Must be issued within the past 90 days (for utility bills)
  • Must show your name and address matching your Seller Central information
  • Must be high resolution scans or photos (not screenshots)
  • Must be in a supported language (or include a notarized translation)

I know you've already reached out to Seller Support several times, but I'd suggest trying one more time with specific reference to these alternative verification methods. Sometimes being able to point to the exact policy in the help pages can help move things along.
