deposit method verification

deposit method verification issue: in progress - can not receive payment from amazon.

I needed to change my bank account info, as they are merging with a different bank. The account info and the routing number would be different. They have (amazon) requested a copy of my bank statement. I needed to know few things:

1. I have already sent a copy of my bank statement. 2. Verification progress >? what is the time frame for that. 3, What would be the next step after this >?

There is a great Seller Central help page I am linking --> HERE <-- that gives you detailed steps on how to verify your deposit methods.

I specifically want to call out this note on the help page that can answer parts 2 and 3 of your question:

Note: Bank account verification may take from 48 to 72 hours to complete. We'll notify you via email when your bank account has been verified or to inform you of any additional steps that are required. If you choose to use a different bank account for verification, or if you add a new bank account for verification, you must assign the verified bank account to the Amazon.com store from the Assign Deposit Method or Replace Deposit Method pages.
