Amazon selling fees
I tried to start my Amazon store to sell our products, but I found that Amazon is charging me monthly fees and reference fees, and I'll pay the shipment to Amazon and then to the buyer ... In the end, I'll see that I'll pay over the item price ... how will it be benefit for me?

If you do not know your fees and you are pricing your items incorrectly this will not benefit you.
You don;t need to be charged monthly fees if you downgrade to an "Individual Account". You would only pay fees Per Order instead of $39.99 Per Month.
But if you average 40 or more orders a month then you save with a "Professional" account.
Here are some quick tips.
1) Put your store in Vacation Mode and review Seller University HERE
2) Amazon is Chock full of fees. You need to know this BEFORE you start selling. Go HERE
3) With a Pro account you can set your own shipping rates so it pays to know how much it will cost BEFORE offering it for sale. Then you can Make & Assign a shipping Template
4) If you downgrade then Amazon will set your shipping rate "they call it a credit". It may or may NOT cover the actual cost of shipping. If that is the case you need to increase your price to cover the difference
5) If you are paying to ship TO AMAZON, are you FBA? If so there are a whole bunch of FBA fees as well. Note the option to ship directly to the customer is an option as well (FBM)
FBA- Fulfilled By Amazon
FBM - Fulfilled By Merchant

It wont benefit you. Amazon is not a place where you find high margins.
