Unavaliable to deliver to Taiwan

Our products are unavailable to deliver to Taiwan via FBM. The products are shipped from Malaysia.
We had set the international shipping that can ship to Asia including TAIWAN. We also checked other product listings such as ASIN: B00J9PMOQU and B08DL6GTG9, they all can deliver to Taiwan even though it is also considered supplements.
Is there any required documentation for this matter of issue? Thank you.
