I am seeking assistance regarding the default delivery time settings on my Amazon listing. I would like to configure my page to display a specific delivery date, rather than a range. For example, my competitor's listing shows a delivery date of November 6, while mine currently indicates a range of 5 to 6 days.

Could you please guide me on how to set a single delivery date for my customers?

I may be wrong but it may be that you and your competitor commonly use different postal carriers. I'm not positive that is the problem but it may be. Personally, I would keep yours with the day gap because you may end up with less trouble with "delivered late". Just my thoughts.

I have noticed that while most of my items are delivered within two days, my competitors are able to provide delivery timelines in the single digits. This discrepancy may be impacting our order volume.

Could you please advise on strategies or methods we could implement to reduce our delivery times to align more closely with industry standards?
